Barfii at Oscar

I was coming home when I read that Barfi is India’s
nomination for Oscar. I hadn’t seen the movie so I was not the right person to comment
on it’s nomination but this time I was expecting “Paan Singh Tomar” or “Gang of
Wasseypur” for Oscar nomination. But this surprise is not new from panel which
selects movies for Oscar nomination. Few years ago when we were expecting “Black”
for Oscar nomination at that time they sent Mirchi to Oscar.

Let’s talk about Barfii. Ranbir acted very well but that
just not certify that it should be India’s nomination for Oscar most of the scenes
of movies are copied from various legendary film from across Globe. If you will
cut all the copied scenes from movie then there is very weak script writing
leads to very weak story though Anurag successfully directed all copied scenes of
movies but it movie was bit slow.

Barfii won’t get anything in Oscar as we are showing them
what they had seen in 1922. If we have to get award in Oscar then there should
be something original, something which talk some about India or talk about culture,
tradition or people of India. So Barfi is wrong choice for Osccar.

We must have sent “Paan Singh Tomar” or “Gang of Wasseypur”
for the Oscar or at last “Shanghai.”

Ek Tha Tiger – Review

I thought that it will be Salman Khan genre movie and with
all above name in it’s trailer thought it’ll be a movie based on some secret
agent and plan to save our country from other groups. Movie started well and
Salman did entry as he is doing from his last 3-4 movies. Salman is doing Role
of RAW agent and his name is Tiger.

Salam has been sent on project to observe an Indian scientist
living abroad and there he meets Katrin who is under cover agent of ISI. They
fall in love with each other and start running from RAW & ISI. There is no
story of secret service. Movie becomes love story after 15minute of it’s
starting. There are few action in movie and movie looks like “Born Series” of Hollywood
all the action on terrace of building are like Hollywood flick of Born Series.

Salaman has not show much action in movie and first time he
has not removed his shirt in movie. You can go for movie if you like love
story.

Ferrari Ki Sawaari - Review

Grand Father, Son & Grand Son.

It’s journey about boy from local Mumbai ground to lords,
from scooter to Ferrari. I read at the end that they used sachin’s Ferrari in
movie. It’s about cricket and car. It’s about emotion & love. It’s about
faith & trust.

Sharman Joshi & Boman Irani has played the role of Parsi
family and they have done justice to their character. Shramn Joshi is an honest
RTO officer in movies and Boman Irani is cricketer but left playing cricket
after accident which caused loss of his eye sight.

Sharman Joshi’s son is very good cricketer but Boman doesn’t
like his playing as he doesn’t trust anyone in cricket because one of his best
friend cheated him due to which he lost his life of cricket. One day sharman
joshi challenged Boman to bowl and out his son and Boman tried his best but he
didn’t get success.

He got trust on his Grand Son and want to see him playing in
International Team.  Shrman’s son has
been selected by big club of UK to play and get trained in lords but they don’t
have money to pay so Ferrari comes in picture.

A wedding planner has promised one Politician that his son’s
Barat will go on Ferrari but she is unable to arrange the same. She offers sharman
to arrange for Ferrari for which she will pay 1.5lacs to sharman. Story runs
around cricket & Ferrari. There is very good balance of emotion. After long
time there is some new writining.

If you have missed the movie then it’s not let yet and go
catch the movie in cinema near by you.

Gangs of Wasseypur

Anurag kashyap has done very fine job when it comes to
making of Gangs of Wasseypur. Movie starts with Colonial India where Coal is
product to run technology. After freedom coal mining go worse to bad as everyone
wants to gain power and make money.

“Teri Kahe Ke Lunga”

 That’s what the movie is all about. Lot’s F words with no
beep. Killing people for every small thing from coal mafia to scrap selling. Viloance
at it’s best and humor in violence and abuse. Movies is recomnded to people who
know regional language of north or else it’ll be bouncer for you. Climax is yet
awaited for the movie in it's 2^nd part.

Manoj Bajpai has done best acting as Sardar Khan and Piyush
Mishra again stand as best actor in supporting role so go and catch Gangs of Wasseypur. don't forget to see Reemma Sen (She is looking dam sexy in bengali girl avtar.

Kahaani – Review

It’s about a pregnant woman. It’s about IB of India. It’s about terrorist. It’s about Kolkata. It’s about the famous Bengali song “Ekla Chal Re” sung by BigB.

Bidya(Vidya) comes from London in search of her husband who came here on assignment in National Data Centre but goes missing. Vidya is looking for husband and another look alike Milan Damji comes in picture.



Khan is officer from IB. He wants to catch Milan who is running after killing of hundred people in Kolkata Metro after bio-blast. Milan was from IB but for money he went against his own country. IB is unable to catch Milan so they use Vidya as escape goat.



The story is very well crafted and each and every role has been justified by their actor. In end Vidya killed Milan and leave the scene clearing all her clue. Khan came to know that Vidya and her missing husband is just story and vidya used them to locate and kill Milan.



It’s very rare to see Woman in centre stage in our bollywood movie. Vidya played her character very well and Amitabh Bachchan has sung very nice Bengali song “Ekla Chalo Re”



I will give 4 star out of 5 and You should go to watch this movie.



Also note Vidya is not pregnant and she just act to be pregnant to cook story to get sympathy from people.

Review – Don 2

Don 1 was having story line which we all were know as it was copy of Amitabh Bachchan’s Don. In Don 1 Director changed plot and rest of thing was same. In last –ve Don replace +ve Don and sequel was accepted.

So it’s all started in Malaysia. Don reached on plot to show action and stunt with unshaved face and kill the people who want to kill him. He went to surrender in front of Mallick. Don has plan of robbery and he wants vardhan to help in robbery. Movie runs on Robbery story. There are few male jokes in movie.



At the end Don get success to be free man with all his master plan. Don is Free Man.

Don Ko Pakdna Mushkil Hee Nahi Namunkin Hai !! as Germany government gave him immunity. If you are hardcore Sharukh Fan then do go to watch Don. If you want to enjoy then you can make time Pass of your 2 hours.



Don is not Super hit but yes you can watch it one time not so bad as claimed by few people.

Review – The Dirty Picture

Nak Chika ….. Nak Chika ….. Nak Chika ….. Nak Chika

Madur Bhandarkar’s Fashion was recreated on screen keeping 80’s in Mind. I thought same and many of my friends and yes Girl behind me also telling story line looks like Fashion. Kangana of Fashion became lead character as Silk Smitha performed by Vidya Balan.

The Dirty Picture 1st half is very bold with dialogues. Movie got A certificate so was title. The Dirty Picture was semi porn with dialogues and bare tummy of Vidya and yes the most exposed part in her movie boobs.

As in movies they have shown that critics don’t like Silk Smitha so same can be here also. Movie was good but yes if you will remove bold dialogues and boobs then there is nothing in movie. Overall you can go for movie if you need

Review – RockStar

Oh Eco friendly nature ka rakshak !!



Jo Sach Ka Sabak Sikhaye Vo Sach Sunana Na Chahe !!



“RockStar” much awaited movie of Imtiaz Ali is in cinema hall. Movie has story line of subject which has all flavour for good movie. Love Story, Success, Failure and Villain.

Jordan is person who wants to be Rockstar and wants to show his middle finger to world. Janrdhan is very cute and wants to be Rockstar. He gets in love with a girl, who is going to be married in two months. Break between Janrdhan and Mahi make them realise that they love each other.



Jordan gets much awaited success after roaming here and there for few months. He failed to handle success as he is not getting his love. Jordan get involved in fighting and abuse cases.



1st half of Movie is very good but in 2nd half gets very noise full and slow. Imtiaz must have done more justice with climax.



Songs are very good.
