Is it too late for Rahul Baba?

We saw tremendous change in the political environment of
India after AAP won in Delhi & BJP won the other 3 states with thumping
majority. AAP won 28 seats and BJP won 32seats in Delhi but surprisingly BJP
didn’t come forward to form government in Delhi, saying that they don’t have
enough number where as buying for MLA of congress was not that hard deal. BJP
want the clean image before Lokshabha election so didn’t get involved in buying
of MLA.

180 Degree change?

Congress & it’s yuvraaj took the state election loss
seriously & started the damage control tactics. Congress passed the Lokpal
Bill & gave the entire credit to Rahul Baba. We can see Rahul Baba now days
in various socio economical functions. I presume Ajay Makan is leading the
charge to promote him at social media. Rahul Baba & Congress doing their
best to change people perception but I guess Narendra Modi name has been embossed
on people mind. Rahul Baba has to learn many things from people in Congress like
Shashi Tharoor.

On one side Congress is giving all the credit of Lokpal bill
to Rahul Gandhi and on other hand Maharashtra Congress rejected internal committee
report on Adarsh Scam. I guess Rahul Gandhi should take credit for this work
also. The double standard of Congress shows that they just want to make people
fool again & not interested in making any serious change. Rahul Gandhi is
running too late to change people perception. I will suggest Mr Rahul Gandhi to
keep working the way he is doing & take the blame of 2014 loss & not to
leave ground until he will win again in 2019.

One fine day around January 2013.

I saw JCB machines on road {Shiv Vallabh Road, Dahisar
(East), Mumbai – 40068}. I have given the link below for google map in case you
are interested to know the actual location. JCB machines started digging road.
Citizens were surprised that why such a fine road is getting destroyed. We came
to know that the road will be renovated with full of concrete slabs so there
should not be any major wear & tear in future.

Locals got happy that in few months the entire 0.5 Kilometer
patch will be of concrete. In few days, we noticed that JCB machine disappeared
from road. There were hardly 3-4 guys from contractor team to carry out the
work. The work was progressing slower than the Ekta kapoor’s Serial. I reported
same into Citizen Journalist website of CNN IBN but I guess, The Contractor
didn’t read my reporting on website. Contractor repaired patches in pieces by
Mid 2013 & left the side.

One fine day around October 2013.

JCB machine popped up
again & they started digging the remaining part of 0.5 Kilo meter road. The
contractor is following the same method which he followed in phase 1. The way
development of road is taking place it will take another 6 months. The slow
pace of contractor is creating traffic problem & chaos for local people. 

I am posting few new photos of road, I clicked yesterday.

It’s almost a year
for this 0.5KM project. The way renovation of this 0.5KM road is taking place, I
decided to name it “Sethu Samundram Project.”

Missing my School Days

In Life nothing is permanent, like our school days. As pappu also passed and distributed DairyMilk.In School we only had the fear of our Teachers & Homework.at that time I used to think as soon as I'll finish education,I'll go on job and work there without tension of Teacher and home work.I enjoyed a lot as student but was always wanted to be on Job at the earliest.



I was having so many friends with whom I used to play or you can say fight.There are very small group girls with whom I use to talk.My talk with girls was limited to yaar teri history ki book dena,maths ki book dena,kal tution kitane baje aana hai.the life was fun with limited small group.we were not having any social networking site.I used to shout to call my friend from his house.

We use to play Lappa-Chhupi,Langdi,Kanda-Fodi yes our all the gmaes were desi with their desi names.We played cricket also but not to the level as today chilldern are playing.we use to have Pani-puri,Dosa,ragadaa as our evening nasta.We use to see movies on cabal as DVD was not so easily available.



The School days were awesome.

My letter to Rahul Gandhi on recent loss in states election

December 9,2013.I wrote a letter to Rahul Gandhi for which I didn't get any reply. I have sent my feedback for better growth of Congress & I guess he is learning from feedback. below is transcript of my email sent to him.

Dear Mr.Rahul Gandhi,

I heard that you guys are having meeting in Delhi for your all round loss in state elections. I wrote many times that You have to change your mentor list. Please give more chance to people like Shashi Tharoor, JaiRam Ramesh, Milind Deora & Ajay Makan. Please ask your brigade to come on ground & take feedback from local people. There is big gap between your party brigade & aam aadmi.

Corruption is another issue where you have to look & transform your party. Did you ever see 24 on colors. Brother is Law of Aditya is planning for his demise. Please note in your case also story is same though there is nothing like murder but recent corruption charges on vadra for which he got clean cheat from Hariyana government looks like eye wash to the Aam Aadmi. People have more trust on khemka than Hariyana governemnt.

Your party is secular so therefor we should vote for you. It's not going to work anymore. Unemployment, slow growth of economy, policies paralysis are some of the other reasons why your party failed & will fail again if you won't take care of them. Please note that launching Social welfare scheme for a particlular segment of society is not going to help you. Your party should look for over all development of country.

I will suggest you & your team to take social media feedback seriously. all the people talking against Congress is not a Troll. There are many people who gives their serious feedback. Put your team on work to listen & draw a chart of feedback & changes suggested on social media. Please connect more with people than going into isolation every time.

Discount & E-Commerce

Flipkart, Jabong and there are many other websites in
e-commerce business selling you Apparels. What is common between all these
e-commerce websites? They all are selling product at discounted price. There
are many experts who talk about the bleeding business of e-commerce. Mahesh
Murthy always told that how an e-commerce business can make profit with product
& service differentiation. I have worked in e-commerce industry for +2
years and I know about the customer acquisition cost & money burnt on
marketing. On top of that e-commerce companies are not charging you for
shipping & COD services.

I myself have purchased more than Rs1lac of product from
various portals last year. My shopping kart also includes electronics items
like mobile. As we all so call visionary (pun intended) are thinking &
predicting about the e-commerce business & their revenue model. I
experienced road map of e-commerce companies are drawing to make profit. My
recent experience with Jabong & my little investigation after that revels
the road map plan for e-commerce companies to make profit.

The Brand you are purchasing for e-commerce website is
original? If they are selling original brand then how they can sale it for
almost 40% off on MRP price, whereas a dealer get only 25% margin on MRP price.
So they charge you 40% less on MRP price, they don’t charge you for shipping
price, they don’t charge you for COD service & on top of that they pay
Rs800 to instigate you to purchase from their websites. There were lot’s of
explanation to support the method e-commerce websites are following for such
discount pricing.

Let’s understand it from my experience on Jabong.com. I
ordered Levis jeans on jabong. The price mentioned on jabong website for the
said jeans was Rs2000. (in off line store you won’t get Levis jeans below Rs.
2,500.) I used some coupon and finally paid Rs1600 & purchased the jeans. I
got my delivery next day (jabong is very good in shipping service). The quality
of jeans was worst than Zovi jeans (Zovi is online portal selling jeans for
Rs600). The jeans was very rough & after wearing it I felt that it’s jute
bag & not Levis jeans.

Is it original Levis product?

Yes, it’s original levis product. So why the quality of
jeans is so poor? I called up the Jabong guys for such a inferior quality
product & they arranged for the reverse pick up of the product. They gave
me jabong points as refund so I can use them for my next purchase on jabong. So
story with jabong ends here but the story for the product starts here.

I spoke to the couple of people working in various apparels
brands. I shared my experience with them for the quality of product I received
in umbrella of brand called Levis and Sold to me by one of the best e-commerce
company called jabong. Brands are now a days making Product A & Product B.
Product A is to sale in offline market & without discount in online market.
Product A carries all the qualities for which that Brand is known. Product B is
of cheaper quality than product A. It carries the brand name but quality is not
guaranteed here. People purchase the Product B trusting the brand & same
time they pay less money to buy that brand, which is not possible in off line
market.

Apparels brand & e-commerce companies are making money from
product B. So slowly & gradually E-commerce companies are changing their
strategy to generate revenue but at same time there high chances of customer
fraud because it’s difficult for normal customer to know that he is paying for
the product A or products B. E-commerce companies have introduced the new
called segment “market place”, which has great role in Product A & Product
B sale. I hope from next time you will be little extra careful while purchasing
product from e-commerce on discounted price.

AAP effect

AAP is barely a year old party, formed by people who are
totally new in the field of politics but AAP effect in politics of India is noticeable,
especially in coming Delhi election. When Arvind Kejariwal announced the
formation of AAP, many people told that it’s nothing but media creation. AAP
blacked out them self from media for few months or other way around.

AAP effect in present political scenario of Delhi is
acknowledged by everyone, Including the parties of Grandpaa & Paa(congress
& Bjp pun intended). What I noticed that AAP is changing mind set of middle
class population, who always thought that election participation is for poor
people. I noticed with AAP movement middle class is taking active role in
politics.

No one can predict that who is going to win the election in
delhi but media & other political parties instigated me to write this post
and say that AAP looks like party of AAM AADMI. There are many CDs, Tapes are
coming out against AAP and which again instigate me to believe that AAP is
taking the lead in Delhi election so more & more mud will be thrown on
them.

Politics in India was never easy so for AAP also it won’t be
cakewalk. AAP has to work hard and their main offering of moral & honesty
needs to be intact to gain more & more people trust.
