Social Media v/s TV Media on Singhavi

Abhishek Manu Singhvi's resignation
after CD controversi gave birth to another debate i.e Social Media v/s TV
Media. TV Media didn't get chance to show much of sex tape after binding from
court. Sex Tape link were shared on social media but later on removed from many
platforms. Abhishek Manu Singhavi's
resignation treated as victory of social media by TV Media and same time they
started talking about freedom of social media. Sex tape has been shared on
social media without any proof supporting Fact of Tape. Sex tape is original or
fabricated copy?

TV
Media didn't get chance to run the show on their news Channels but same time
social media was enjoying tape so TV media started another debate, which talks
about law and regulation to control social media. Social media can share
anything without taking any responsibilities but at same time TV media should
behave like mature person. TV media is getting tough competition with social
media whether it's earthquake, flood, any accident or sex tape social media is
first to report.

Law
to control social media is nothing but violation of Freedom of speech. There
should be some responsibilities on social media but at same time law to control
social media will be misused by political class for their own benefit. A TV anchor suggested that
following sex tape controversy Abhishek Manu Singhvi should resign from his
Rajya Shabha membership and should go on holiday for year to avoid any presence
in public. Isn't she sound like twitter rants? Abhishek Manu Singhvi is a very
good leader. We should not debate whether CD is original or fabricated. It’s
his personal life we should leave it to him.

Doing Kamaal,
