Top 5 failed media trials

In recent years we saw that how media is getting strong day by day but at same time we can notice that there are few cases where media failed to make any impact than just being bad PR for case and most of the time either there was no fir or punishment to person named in. So here we go with top 5 failed media trial in which declared named person is guilty as per series of investigation by media but nothing happened to that person.

Gadkari

Shree Gadkari was top most in the list, where he was named in forming various bogus company as holding or subsidiary of Purti Group. Time Now was the channel who investigated Gadkari's involvement or relation in this case. Most of the time record produced was seems to looks like that there is something wrong. I do remember that how one of my friend told that now a days it's not a Times Now it's GADKARI NOW. After series of Trial from media we didn't see any progress in the case from government.

Vadra

The Son in Law of Congress President is second in chart. whose name came in land deal with DLF at Hariyana. Almost every news channel covered this issue with various level of debates but end of day Mr.Vadra got clean chit. as per News channels there were lot's of issues in paying stamp duty & changing land reservation but government found everything as per norms.

Khurshid
If I am not wrong then Headlines Today did operation Dhritrashtra. NGO run by Mr Khurshid & his wife named in some money laundering issue. as per the allegation payment had been made for various social camp which never took place. News Channel investigation showed all the proofs relevant to nail Mr.Khurshi but I don't see any development in this case.

Jindal
Zee News & DNA came with series of news on Jindal & it's company invovement in cola block scam. They came with various documents showing the fraudulent act to get the coal blocks but the worst part came in light when Jindal published a CD of Zee News guys asking for ad contract. Coal Block & Zee issues are pending in court.

Salman
Salman hit & run case haven't seen any progress in last few years. Once upon the time Media was chasing Salman for each & every issues related to hit & run but now the case is moving like turtle in court.

There are many more case to discuss. There is big difference between media & judiciary. now a days most of News channels work for TRP. so there is big difference between Breaking News & Making News. as Mr. Rajdeep Sardesai says Noise can't be News(something like that). most of the time I found Media trial true but same time court found it wrong.

चुड़ैल की कहानी

यही कोई 14 साल का था मै। दिन भर खेलने और कूदने में दिन निकल जाता था।
स्कूल की छुट्टिया चल रही थी इसलिए दिन भर हुड-दंग मचाना ही मेरा काम था।
दूर के एक चचेरे भाई की शादी थी तो घर के सारे लोग शादी में गए थे मै घर पर
अकेला था। शाम के वक़्त मै मोहल्ले में खड़ा पर मेरी उम्र के बच्चे नदारद
थे। मै अपने से बड़ी उम्र के बच्चो के साथ जाकर खड़ा हो गया। सभी आपस में
चुड़ैल की बात कर रहे थे। हर किसी के पास चुड़ैल के बारे में बताने के लिए
कोई न कोई कहानी थी और मै मज़े लेकर उन कहानियो को सुन रहा था।

सागर ने अपनी कहानी की शुरवात की।

रात को करीब एक बजे के बाद वो चुड़ैल 4थे महल्ले से उतरती है और पायल की
आवाज़ करते हुए धीरे धीरे सड़क से होते हुए हमारी गली से गुजरती है। सागर ने
बताया की वो रोज़ इस घटना को अपने आँखों से देखता और एक दिन उसने चुड़ैल का
पीछा किया। सागर चुड़ैल के पीछे पीछे जा रहा था और अचानक कुंए के यहाँ से
चुड़ैल गायब हो गयी। मै भी घर गया। टीवी पर मुंगेरीलाल के हसीन सपने देखने
लगा और खाना खाकर सो गया।

मेरी
नींद अचानक से टूट गयी और मेरे कान में छन-छन की आवाज आ रही थी। मुझे लगा
की गलती से आज चुड़ैल मेरे घर के तरफ चली आयी है। मैंने सोचा की लाइट ऑन
करने के बारे में सोचा पर ये सोच कर रुक गया की चुड़ैल समझ जायेगी की मई जाग
रहा हु और ये सोचकर मै रुक गया। और अगले कुछ सेकण्ड्स में मैंने सभी
32 करोड़ देवी-देवताओ का नाम जप लिया था। धीरे-धीरे मै दरवाज़े की तरफ बाधा
और दरवाज़े के छेद में से बहार देखा। बहार देखते ही मेरा डर गायब हो गया।
BMC ने आज पानी जल्दी छोड़ दिया था और मेरे बाजु वाली चाची पानी भर रही थी।
उसके पाँव की पैजनी (पायल) छन-छन की आवाज़ कर मुझे डरा रही थी।

Go to hell Mr.VVIP

Dear Mr.VVIP

I am from Mumbai and writing you this letter because I don’t
like when you come to my city. Mr.VVIP major portion of your chunk belongs to
Political leaders. I have no issue with your VVIP status but please do your
VVIPgiri in Delhi only where you have many connected road to reach a location (Deliwallas
– if you are also angry then you also write a letter for same). In my city we
only have Western Express highway which is carrying vehicles more than it’s
capacity.

You come to my city for XYZ reason this traffic pandus are forced
to give you priority on road during pick hour. My Boss don’t care who was
fucking VVIP due to whom I spent 30minutes more in traffic and reached office
late. He believes that you should not be there to give excuse for failure. So I
also don’t care for your visit in my city.

You failed to do anything for my city Mumbai. Our infrastructure
projects are 10years behind the scheduled. Mumbai Metro’s development is developing
like Birbal Ki Khichadi. Every year it gets delayed by few more years. I don’t
complaint you for not doing rapid development but same time I don’t want you to
see you on my road, creating trouble for us.

Do you carry horns on your head?

Answer is NO

 then why you want all
of us to stops at our place for 30minutes to give you pass to reach your
destination.

Go to hell Mr.VVIP.

Please don’t come to my city Mumbai. If you want to come here
then come like Mumbaikar. Please keep your RED light off. We don’t care who you
are. We don’t care where are you going. We only know that you can’t help us so
don’t create trouble for us.

So at last go to hell, don’t come to my city.

राहुल गाँधी - उपाध्यक्ष

राहुल गाँधी के नाम की घोषणा उपाध्यक्ष पद के लिए होने के बाद तो जैसे
हिंदी और अंग्रेजी चैनलों को मन मांगी मुराद मिल गयी। छुट्टी मनाने गए
चैनलो के एंकर तुरंत आपातकालीन स्तिथि में स्टूडियो में वापस आ गए हर कोई
डिबेट में लग गए। राहुल गाँधी अब कांग्रेस रैंकिंग में 2 नंबर पर आ गए।
क्या राहुल गाँधी अब 2014 के प्रधामंत्री दावेदार होंगे? राहुल गाँधी इस
बड़ी भूमिका को कैसे निभाएंगे। कांग्रेस के खिलाफ लोगो के मन में जो एक
आक्रोश है उसे कैसे बदलेंगे। हर चैनल का एंकर अपने तर्क से नया वितर्क दे
रहा था।

राहुल गाँधी कौन है?

राहुल गाँधी, नेहरू - गाँधी
परिवार की सबसे नयी पीढ़ी है। भारत का प्रधानमंत्री बनने के लिए राहुल गाँधी
के पास क्या विशेषताए है तो जवाब में आपको मालूम होगा की वो श्री इंदिरा
गाँधी के पोते है। नेहरु गाँधी परिवार में जन्म लेने वाला व्यक्ति
ही कांग्रेस का मुखिया बनने का क्वालिफिकेशन रखता है। सोनिया गाँधी के बाद
राहुल गाँधी दूसरे नंबर के सबसे बड़े कांग्रेसी नेता है ये बात सभी आम आदमी
जानते है और  उपाध्यक्ष पद के लिए उनके नाम की घोषणा मात्र एक छलावा है।

राहुल
गाँधी UP और बिहार में मूकी खा चुके है। यूपी के विधानसभा चुनाव में
सोनिया और राहुल की क्षेत्र से कांग्रेस ने सिर्फ दो सीट पे विजय पायी और
राहुल गाँधी को राष्ट्रीय नेता बताने वाले ये बात भूल गए की दक्षिण भारत
में कई लोग तो राहुल इस नाम को भी नहीं जानते है। राहुल गाँधी कोई नया
चमत्कार नहीं करने वाले है। कांग्रेस को फिर से जीत के आने के लिए मेहनत
करनी होगी और आम आम आदमी को भरोसा दिलाना होगा की कांग्रेस का हाथ आम आदमी
की मदत के लिए है ना की उनके पॉकेट में छेड़ करके पैसे निकलने के लिए।

Award Scam 2012

Thank you Amir, Ajay & Sunny for not being part of any awards show from last so many years. I am talking about all the awards ceremony organized by various companies to honor Indian film industry. I wrote on Award scams before also and I am back again with my analysis from current award show.

In recent Award shows we can clearly see that those Actors are performing or hosting the show got awards. As different actor was performing in different show so winner was different. Every Business Company has own segment of awards for their own brand ambassador to nominate for their awards.

In 2012, Indian cinema produced many best movies of decade. We saw movies like Gang of Wasseypur, Paansingh Tomar & Kahani. We saw the reality of India in cinema. No doubt everyone who saw Gang of Wasseypur believes that it’s one of the mile stone in India cinema but surprised to see that The Movies was nominated in very few categories & won hardly any awards.

In most of the awards ceremonies they even forgot to nominate Paansingh Tomar. There were many unexpected award winners, who were not eligible to be nominated for that category. Irfan Khan & Navazudin Siddiqi should have got the Best Actor award but we know the guy who will dance on award night will only get the award for best actor.

We all watch award shows because we don’t have anything else to watch and we enjoy Sharukh Khan and his anchoring skills followed by his cheap jokes.
