Fight for water started. Water is going to be next reason for World War III?

We were not giving importance to water from long time. Our neighbouring country constructed to preserve and control water flow but we are even throwing our water to waste. Government should plan proper feasible idea to solve the shortage of water in future.
Fight between two sates will turn in to fight between all over India if we won’t take right action at this point of time.
Exploitation on drinking resources should be stop. There should be proper treatment on waste water before allowing it to mix with fresh water of our rivers. Cola drink and packaged drinking water also exploit our natural resources so there should be immediate ban on such product.
Global warming in increasing water lever but it’s increasing water lever of sea water which of no use directly for us until it’s evaporate and come to us as rain.
Let’s don’t fight and make proper solution for water.
